At All Superstars Preschool, we believe that a child’s brain develops most effectively through loving, nurturing interactions with caring adults who understand early childhood development. That’s why our staff is carefully selected and trained to ensure that every child’s experience is as positive and enriching as possible.
We take pride in our exceptionally low staff turnover, which provides children with the consistency and security they need to thrive. While all our staff members are proficient in English, many are bilingual, an asset that enhances early childhood education.
Our History
Conveniently located just off Del Prado Blvd, between the Midpoint Bridge and Pine Island Blvd, All Superstars Preschool has been providing loving childcare since 2013.
Kelley Thompson, the owner of All Superstars Preschool Midtown, began her journey with All Superstars nearly a decade ago as a lead VPK teacher at our Downtown location. Before joining us, she served as director at other local childcare centers.
Kelley's natural curiosity about the world around her inspires children in her classroom, fostering an exciting thirst for knowledge. Her gentle yet firm approach, combined with mutual respect, quickly made her a standout educator. This, along with her impressive leadership, led her to rise through the ranks at All Superstars.
In 2023, Kelley proudly purchased All Superstars Preschool Midtown from founder Kate Sroka. Kate, wanting to keep the business "in the family," was thrilled to pass the torch to one of her most capable employees. While no longer involved in daily operations, Kate continues to serve in an advisory role, remaining connected to the center's vision and philosophy.
You can often find Kelley at the center, personally overseeing day-to-day operations and greeting families with a smile. Her fiancé, Ryan Frazzini, also plays an integral role in maintaining the center, assisting with operations, and offering support wherever needed (he even takes on Santa Claus and Easter Bunny duties during the holidays!).
Our Facilities
All Superstars Preschool centers are designed to meet the highest standards of American preschool education. Our bright, airy classrooms are thoughtfully equipped and easily accessible to children, creating an ideal learning environment.
Each classroom is carefully sized to match the developmental needs of its age group. We maintain the perfect balance of children in each group to encourage healthy social interaction while avoiding overcrowding.
Our large playgrounds are creatively designed to offer plenty of space for running, playing, swinging, riding bikes, and more, ensuring children can enjoy both structured and free play.

In England, the best nursery schools have a very high degree of parental involvement. Recognizing that parents are a child’s first teacher, we know that we can only guide a child towards reaching his or her maximum potential by developing strong links between home and school. You will love all our parent involvement activities and the terrific connections we have with our families!
In Germany, early learning is very generously funded and researched. Considerable effort is made to ensure that preschoolers have a daily abundance of “hands on” learning activities.
Froebel, the founder of the German Kindergarten, showed that the long-term memory and the ability to reason are best developed if as many senses as possible are incorporated into the early learning process. In other words, abstract learning, such as the use of dittos and worksheets is only going to be helpful on a long-term basis if the child has a wealth of concrete learning experiences to make sense of their world first.
